Purpose of processing
Details you send through the enquiry form are used only to answer your request and, if you book, to manage your stay and issue the booking contract. Guest identification data is reported to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior, as every registered tourist accommodation is legally required to do.
Legal basis
We process your data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform the rental contract, and to comply with our legal obligations under Spanish tourism and public-safety law.
Retention
Enquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking and guest records are kept for the periods required by tax, accounting and tourism regulations.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data by writing to info@lacalastay.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Nothing is stored in your browser beyond what is strictly needed to display the page.
Booking terms
A booking is confirmed once the deposit is received. The balance is due before arrival. Cancellation terms, any security deposit and house rules are set out in the booking confirmation we send you.
