The apartment is entirely yours: two bedrooms, two marble bathrooms, and one big terrace that catches the sun through the day. Thoughtfully furnished with pieces we love, from bouclé to glass and warm brass, it suits families, two couples travelling together, and longer stays alike.
Everything is new, calm and considered, from the crystal bedside lamps to the fully equipped kitchen and the 65" smart TV. It is, quite simply, a very stylish place to stay.

Check-in and check-out times
Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM. We meet you on arrival to hand over the keys and show you around. Check-out is contactless: you simply leave the keys in the smart key locker right outside the apartment door. Need a later check-out? Just ask in advance and we'll do our best.
Is cleaning included?
Yes. Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are all included in the rate, with no separate cleaning fee.
Parking
A private space in the underground garage is available for an extra cost, with direct lift access from level -2 up to the fifth floor. Just let us know if you'd like it when you enquire.
How many guests, and are pets allowed?
The apartment sleeps four, the number registered on the tourist licence, and children are very welcome. Pets are welcome on request, with an extra fee, so please ask before booking.
What documents do you need?
Spanish law requires us to register every guest. Before arrival we ask each adult for an ID or passport and a few details, which we submit securely to the Ministry of the Interior as required by law.
How do I pay, and is it safe?
For direct bookings we take a deposit to hold your dates and the balance before arrival, by card or bank transfer. We confirm exact amounts and any security deposit when we send your quote. The apartment is fully licensed (VUT CV-VUT0491145-A).
